Glyphosate found in 93% of Americans' urine

BBC World Service radio has done an excellent report on the Detox Project’s recent testing results, which found that 93% of Americans tested had glyphosate in their urine.

Dr Michael Antoniou is interviewed on the programme. He calls the levels of glyphosate found “worrying” because they are in the range that could be toxic over the long term.

Dr Antoniou recommends that the use of glyphosate as a pre-harvest desiccant and garden use by private citizens should be banned while further research is done.
