1.NEW REPORT ON BT COTTON AND FARMERS' HEALTH PUBLISHED

We've put the full version of the investigative report on the Impact of Bt Cotton on Farmers' Health (in Barwani and Dhar District of Madhya Pradesh, India, Oct - Dec 2005) on the GM Watch website.

We've published it in two parts:

Impact of Bt Cotton on Farmers' Health
Part 1

Part 2

2.Correction re: GM SCIENCE - SUPPORTED BY A TISSUE OF LIES

A brief correction to the bulletin sent out 21 February with the above subject line. Dr Judy Carman was refused a request to Bayer Cropscience to supply a tablespoon of GM canola for use to assess field tests. It was incorrectly reported that Judy was refused 100g of canola seeds for field testing.

3.School curriculum materials on GM

We've had the following query.

"Does anyone know of school curriculum materials for ages 4-18 that deal with problems of GM foods? I haven't been able to find much in the U.S."

Please let us know if you do. We only knew of the Tiki the Penguin website for kids:
