Something that could ultimately spread around the world and free US ALL from slavery to GM food corporations and the uninterrupted destruction of our beautiful planet? Well we just might be! Its -1 degree celsius and snowing in Warsaw. Edita and Danuta are braving the weather and the abject refusal of the Ministry of Agriculture even to allow them a cup of warm water. They have left their families and farms to do this FOR OUR FUTURES!
COME ON all of you who are surely touched by this courageous effort. WRITE NOW TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF POLAND and express your views (see below)

We are soon going to Warsaw to give Edita and Danuta our support. We will read out the names of all who have sent letters to Donald Tusk in front of the press and anyone else who is there. Our best .. and only REAL HOPE is to keep the momentum building! In anticipation of your solidarity...

The goals of our fasting ladies and the Coalition for a GMO Free Poland are:
1. To reinforce the BAN of all GM plants and - and as a fast-track - ban the maize MON 810.
2. To introduce labelling of all GM foods and gradually withdraw these foods from the market.
3. To introduce a BAN of GM animal feeds.
4. To use social/public funds (tax payer's money) to support traditional and organic farming.
